If the player completes the liberation missions in under the number of phases suggested before starting the liberation missions they also get a prize of SP chip or a battle chip that the boss they just beat too. One turn liberation extra spaces are gained but don't beat the enemies in the turns given no spaces are gained.Each Navi does have abilities to help with liberation missions but this uses up order points too. Liberation take a little time to get use to but basically the player has three turns to delete viruses or beat the boss with each Net Navi given.After the player is done with the Navi's they have that is a phase. It still the same with needed to sacrifice a battle chip to active the double soul only having three turns to run a double soul with Megaman but have better effects too and can combined the double with Chaos Unison too.Along with using the Navi's Megaman double soul with to do liberation missions. Megaman Battle Network 5 did improve on the double soul system compared to Megaman Battle Network 4. This version of Megaman Battle Network cost forty to sixty dollars off the internet.
